My Ten Friends Dirtball

Hi guys! It's been a few days since I last posted; needed a little break after Halloween :) You might have noticed I changed from taste the rainbows to paint the rainbow -- this is a change I am testing out, and I would like to know what you think! I thought paint the rainbows seemed a bit more ... polish-y, and since this is a polish blog, it might be more fitting :) PLEASE let me know your thoughts on this! I want to get it straightened out before I post my giveaway soon, so input would be appreciated... :)

And on to one of the loveliest polishes I've worn recently! (Aren't they all so lovely though, impossible to have favorites in lacquerland!) My Ten Friends is a new indie brand that recently set up shop on Etsy, and their polishes are just so cute and unique that I had to grab a couple! Dirtball is a delightful brown base with tons of turquoise and brown small hexes, small (and some large!) holo turquoise hexes, and a bunch of brown, turquoise, and holo microglitter. So amazing! I love this color combo so much, and the blue really pops and looks so lovely against the brown base. And it is so. freaking. sparkly! Seriously, check it out below!

 On my nails:
1 coat Innisfree Eco Peel-off Base Coat
3.5 (.5 = some additional dabbing) coats of My Ten Friends Dirtball
2 coats Seche Vite

This had really great application! That .5 coat there is not really the polishes fault; I was in a hurry and not careful enough or three coats would have likely been sufficient. I think when I wear this lovely little gem again I would layer it over a brown creme, just so I could conserve the polish! Although these little octagonal-shaped bottles are super-cute :)

If you'd like to buy My Ten Friends' polish check out her Etsy~

Have a lovely day! ♥
