Happy 2013! Lynnderella The Present is a Gift+ butter LONDON Fairy Lights

Hello lovelies! I hope everyone has had a delightful start to the new year :) I ended up taking longer of a break than I was planning (was lucky enough to get sick for Christmas, blegh, which didn't have me in much of a blogging mood for awhile) but I am back now and excited to share lots of pretty polish with you! I have lots of new indies to review as well as lots of polish I got for Christmas, so look forward to it all -- I'm definitely looking forward to wearing it, haha :)

I still have a couple holiday polishes left to share, and one of them is Lynnderella The Present is a Gift. I was super excited to see this one described as a pastel One Nutty Fruitcake, because I adore that polish, and I adore pastel, so it had to be great! I would say that is a pretty accurate description --  pastel pink/green/blue squares/hexes/microglitter and black squares as well. I wore it over butter LONDON Fairy Lights, a rose-pink chrome. I think the two meshed pretty well, check it out!

On my nails:
1 coat Innisfree Eco Peel-off Base coat
2 coats butter LONDON Fairy Lights
1 coat Lynnderella The Present is a Gift
1 coat OPI Topcoat
1 coat Seche Vite

I have tried to wear Fairy Lights in the past and was a bit disappointed by visible brush strokes and such, but I think it looked really nice in this mani -- with the glitter, they aren't noticeable at all. This was a super pretty mani, the colors looked really nice together. In the future I'd also like to try The Present is a Gift over a darker base -- would love to make the pastel multi-colored microglitter really pop!
