Today I am super excited to share with you my very first Chirality Nail Polish creations! I have admired Amanda's pretty polishes ever since I first saw them, so I was thrilled when she contacted me about reviewing her new Cereal Killer collection. Super punny collection and polish names aside :) all four polishes that make up the collection are fun milky white bases stuffed full of fun glitter (which as you may recall reading is a type of polish I'm totally obsessed with right now) so I really love them all -- take a look!
(For all swatches)
On my nails:
1 coat Innisfree Eco Peel-off Base coat
4 coats Chirality -polish-
1 coat Deborah Lippmann Addicted to Speed

Bundy Berries is a milky white base full of all sorts of lovely blue glitter -- bright blue, sky blue, and navy blue, both shiny and matte, and tons of bright blue microglitter. I believe this is the only one without the holo/iridescent microglitter, but it absolutely isn't lacking for it! I love this one to bits, it's my favorite of the collection. It reminds me of a pretty delicate robin's egg :) Even though the base is white, it pulls very light blue in person because of all that glitter layering -- which I love! It smoothed out quite nicely with just one coat of topcoat too, which I appreciate.

Dahmer Crunch is a milky white base with a variety of sizes of black matte glitter, black microglitter and holo/iridescent microglitter. This one reminds me of Oreos! I love how the rainbows from the holo microglitter spark out against the black. This one was a bit bumpier than Bundy Berries (I think because the glitter is a bit denser) so you may want more than one coat of topcoat here.

Special BTK is a white milky base full of a variety of sizes of red glitters, red microglitter, and the holo/iridescent microglitter. I have a hard time not thinking Christmas at this one -- bringing back fond memories of my cute candy cane manis from a couple months ago! I think it was in between Bundy Berries and Dahmer Crunch in terms of bumpiness, but two coats of top coat couldn't hurt here.

And lastly Raisin Gein is a milky white (?) base full of various sizes and shades of purple matte/shiny/holo glitter, as well as holo purple microglitter. The ? is because official info says white, but it sure looks a little purple to me! Either way, it is absolutely lovely, and it's tied for my favorite of the collection. I love the abundance of holo goodness, so pretty :) On par with Bundy Berries in terms of smoothness; one coat of top coat should be good.

All of them were pretty sheer but of course buildable (I used four coats but you could potentially get away with three if you're careful; I wanted to make sure to have no bald spots for my pictures). Application started out very easy, with the glitters going where I wanted and the base applying nicely; as I added on coats it got a bit more difficult to avoid some glitters sticking to each other but not too bad. I suspect that the biggest part of my problem was mini bottles get gloopier a little quicker which impedes easy application, so when I tried to avoid glooping up my bottle (in particular with Raisin Gein) I had an easier time. As I already mentioned some were better at smoothing out than others; when in doubt I think two coats of topcoat would be adequate for all, which I don't think is too bad for glitter polish :)
I really adored this collection! Not a surprise to be honest since as I already mentioned I'm really digging those milky white glitters these days :) All of them were super lovely; this post actually took so long because I couldn't resist wearing each as a full mani, haha. Big shocker that my favorites are Bundy Berries and Raisin Gein -- can never resist a good purple or blue polish! Overall an excellent intro to Chirality; can't wait to try out more :)
